3. Media Consent

• By joining, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during meetings and events.
   

• These may be shared on social media, our website, promotional materials, and for documentary purposes.
   

• If under 18, parent/guardian consent is required for media use.
   

4. Liability Disclaimer

• Petals for Positivity is not responsible for any personal injury, lost items, or incidents occurring during events.
   

• Members and their guardians (if under 18) understand participation is voluntary.
